What’s the biggest challenge that your team or clients are facing during COVID19?
Joe Teo
33:18
For HeyOrca, it’s making sure that all our messaging show empathy to our audience and customers during this time. We have added double QA to anything that is going out.

With brands that are pivoting to include some sort of “Give Back” program or doing donations in response to COVID 19, are there situations where this could look opportunistic?
Derek Steffen
43:59
If your direct customers are considered “essential workers” and are still working, how do you balance continuing to sell to them while avoiding hate mail from people outside the industry that see your content?
Emily Hagen

many of our clients have suffered financial loss during COVID-19; they need marketing more than ever but they are struggling to afford it. do you have a strategy for deferring payment or somehow continuing to work for those clients without requiring payment right away?
Pegy Harnock
45:43
We have our team sharing photos of what they’re doing at home (in addition to working) to allow our followers a bit more of a window into who we are, outside of work.

Nathan here, I do digital marketing for combat sports gyms. My client's core services require close physical contact; grappling, kickboxing, etc. There is no way (it seems) to create value anywhere near the level of actual, in-person martial arts class. Combat sports gyms are typically a subscription based business and many gyms that I am in contact with are experiencing mass cancellations. I suspect many will close.Should I be preparing them for branding and direct response marketing in the post-C19 quarantine period?

If you provide a discount, make sure that it’s a line item in their invoice: https://sakasandcompany.com/strategically-free/
